The Archpriest Joseph Gallick Saint Tikhon’s Memorial Scholarship Fund (the
Scholarship Fund) was established in 2026 by Annunciation Orthodox Church in honor
of the blessed ministry of Father Joseph as our parish Rector for more than 20 years.
The Scholarship Fund recognizes the critical role that St. Tikhon’s played in launching
Father Joseph’s career in Orthodox Ministry. Additionally, the Scholarship Fund is
targeted to St. Tikhon’s seminarians who are married and who have stated their
plans to become ordained priests serving in the Orthodox Church in America.

Celebrating the Divine Liturgy with His Grace Bishop Nikodhim.

With much joy we celebrated Vi Anthony’s 100th Birthday. God grant her many years!

We were visited by our Archdiocesan Bishop, His Grace Bishop Nikodhim, for an Akathist Service to the Holy Theotokos on Friday April 4th 2025.

We were visited by our Archdiocesan Bishop, His Grace Bishop Nikodhim, for the celebration of the Veneration of the Holy Cross and our Matronal Feast Day (Annunciation). Sunday March 23rd 2025.

Many thanks to all who volunteered for the fall cleanup day! It made a huge difference and we appreciate your efforts to keep our church looking so beautiful.

Prior to the Divine Liturgy on Sunday June 9th 2024, the churching ceremony was held for infant Elizabeth Briggs Riley, daughter of Katie and Madison Riley. Churching is a service of thanksgiving and blessing of the mother and her child when they return to the church after childbirth. It is reminiscent of the Old Testament ceremony of purification (Lev. 12: 2-8) and the presentation of Jesus at the Temple (Luke 2: 22-29). Welcome to our parish Elizabeth!
